I received the Aqua Facial Machine – the shipping was fortunately very fast. Unfortunately, I had to notice that the mask stand arrived damaged. I have already contacted you several times and asked for a new stand to be sent. Instead of a simple solution, I was informed that I should pay an additional €1 for shipping. Additionally, the machine shows a system error: I have to select the Turkish language for the device to switch to German – and vice versa. Additionally, I did not receive any clear instructions explaining how to properly set up or use the machine. I am overall very disappointed because I expected flawless quality and functionality from a product in this price range.
